Le competenze chiave come il saper parlare pi\u00f9 lingue, le capacit\u00e0 digitali, la consapevolezza e l’espressione interculturale sono importanti per l’occupabilit\u00e0 e l\u2019empowerment. Per questo motivo TANDEM svilupper\u00e0 materiali di apprendimento adattati ad insegnanti di lingue non convenzionali, former\u00e0 i migranti come insegnanti di lingue attraverso il MOOC, e gli dar\u00e0 la possibilit\u00e0 di provare tale metodo nei corsi e negli scambi linguistici pilota.<\/p>\n

This learning opportunity will be especially for migrants, yet it will also be open to anyone who is interested in acquiring a flexible technique to teach a language. <\/p>\n
The MOOC will be developed in 2020, and consequently tested from March 2021 onwards. During the testing phase, partecipants who are interested in becoming a language teacher can participate to the course, and will have the chance to practice their new knowledge in real-life classes and langauge exchanges with real participants.
